Much better last week with an 11-5 mark which brings my season total to 106-70. However, behind the eight ball thanks to Philly blowing the game against the Seahawks. So, I am 0-1 to start this weekend. Let's see if I can do better with the rest of my picks. Steelers are focused and at home. Two of many reasons the Bengals will have trouble this week. Pittsburgh wins. I know I am going against the grain here but my upset special is Carolina over Tampa Bay. One team is reeling the other making strides. Another upset Kansas City over Chicago. The Bears might think they can win with just defense but you still need an offense to score a few points. If the Chiefs can hold Forte to under 100 yards rushing they will win. Look for Kyle Orton to give them a spark. Chiefs win. Redskins can't get out of their own way. Skins at home against the Jets who need it more. Jets win. People will think I am crazy again but the Texans are at home against the Falcons and the Texans are playing tough even without their starting QB. Too much Arian Foster for the Falcons to handle. Texans win. Raiders at the Dolphins need this one to keep pace. Black & Silver will win this one. Tennessee at Buffalo. Bills at home will bounce back. Bills win. Denver at Minnesota. Why would I get off the Tebow Train now. Broncos win behind another solid Tebow performance. Colts at New England. This would be tough for the Colts If Manning were the starter. Pats win. Ravens at Cleveland. Ravens need it and want it more...This is December. Ravens win. Rams at the Niners. San Fran won't let this one slip away. Especially at home. Niners win. Cowboys at the Cardinals...there was a time when this was a good match up. Today will not be one of them. Boys win. Green Bay at the Giants. If the Packers were going to slip up this would be the place and time. Unfortunately, for Tom Coughlin and the Giants today won't be it. Packers send Giants and their coach a message. The Pack is back and here to stay. Packers win. Lions at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome to face the Saints. If the streak continues the Saints are very hard to beat in Prime Time on the big stage. Look for the Saints to bring all weapons to bear. Tough enough for the Lions with Suh in the lineup. Saints win. Chargers at Jacksonville. Jags have already fired Del Rio and the word out of San Diego is Norv Turner is out at the end of the year...just as I predicted. Look for the Jags to play inspired under their Interim coach at home. Jags embarrass Turner and the Chargers one more time.
That's my picks...how about yours....Can't wait till Sunday Night Football!!! Have a great weekend!
